You know those days when you crave familiar and comforting flavors of the past, but you don't want to break your new health and wellness goals? Well, here you go! In this dish grilled (and sustainably sourced) Bay Shrimp are tossed in buffalo sauce and served with a side of roasted broccoli, carrots and smashed cauliflower puree. It's delicious, satisfies your cravings, and keeps your body healthy and happy!

Disclaimer: There may be variabilities in cooking time based on equipment used. Always test for temperature until the meal is warmed to your liking. Oven: heat to 350 degrees. Remove plastic film and shrimp from the container before cooking. Place the container with cauliflower puree on a sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes. Add in shrimp, then continue cooking for 5 minutes or until warm throughout.
Microwave: Remove plastic film from container and microwave for 1.5 minutes. Continue to cook in 20 second increments or until warm throughout.
