It has all the goodies you’d expect in a bowl; black beans, mixed greens cherry tomatoes, tri color quinoa, avocado, onion, jalapeno peppers, and corn. We top it with our homemade chipotle sauce -- it’s sure to be your new favorite dish!
This dish is best when eaten cold or at room temperature. Remove plastic film from container, toss with dressing, and enjoy!
