We cold-smoke organic eggplant, dice it, and drench it in this homemade goodness. It's served with a crispy salad of ground turkey, mixed greens, kale, radish, cauliflower, onions and carrots. Top with our tahini dressing. You can warm up the eggplant or eat it cold -- either way, it won't disappoint.
