Take a trip to the Middle East with this falafel bowl! Our homemade falafel is made with chickpeas and sits alongside colorful veggies like zucchini, red onion, rainbow swiss chard and beets. Our red onion was sourced locally from Alsum Farms, located in Friesland, WI. Our beets were locally sourced from Victory Farms, located in Hudsonville, MI. We garnish this dish with crisp bread, parmesan cheese and a bit of lemon zest. Lastly, of course, is the tahini dressing! Our house made tahini is a savory and perfect topper to this bowl. 

This dish is best when eaten cold or at room temperature. Remove plastic film from container, toss with dressing, and enjoy!
