This beet and pear salad packs a sweet and savory punch! A bed of fresh kale and arugula start this dish as the foundation for all of your favorite toppings. The sweetness from this dish comes from ripe beets and juicy pear and oranges. Our beets are sourced locally from Victory Farms, located in Hudsonville, MI. We perfectly balance the flavors with our savory pecans and croutons. Drizzle our house made goat cheese dressing on the top and you’re ready to dig in!  

This dish is best when eaten cold or at room temperature. Remove plastic film from container, toss with dressing, and enjoy!
