You know those days when you crave familiar and comforting flavors of the past, but you don't want to break your new health and wellness goals? Well, here you go! In this dish grilled (and sustainably sourced) Bay Shrimp are tossed in buffalo sauce and served with a side of roasted cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and smashed cauliflower puree. It's delicious, satisfies your cravings, and keeps your body healthy and happy!

Remove plastic cover from container and set aside any garnishes.

  • Oven: heat to 350 degrees and bake for 10 minutes. Stir food, then continue to bake for 5-10 minutes or until warm throughout.
  • Microwave: 2-3 minutes or until warm throughout.

Garnish and serve.
