In this dinner sized salad, crisp kale and mixed greens are tossed with strips of red bell peppers, carrots, brussel sprouts, walnuts, arbol peppers, pulled chili-orange marinated chicken, and juicy Mandarin orange segments. All this deliciousness is served with carrot ginger dressing. Vegetarian version available, served with seitan.
