Cauliflower "Falafel" Bowl with Rainbow Salad and Tahini Dressing
Take a trip to the Middle East with this Whole30 Approved “falafel” bowl! Our homemade falafel is made with a cauliflower base as opposed to the traditional falafel made with chickpeas. This bowl is topped with colorful veggies like zucchini, red onion, rainbow swiss chard and beets. Our red onion was locally sourced from Alsum Farm, located in Friesland, WI. Our beets were locally sourced from Victory Farms, located in Hudsonville, MI. Lastly, of course, is the tahini dressing! Our house made tahini is a savory and perfect topper to this bowl.
This dish is best when eaten cold or at room temperature. Remove plastic film from container, toss with dressing, and enjoy!
