Chipotle Pulled Pork with Carolina Slaw and Guacamole

When you envisioned your Whole30 experience, did you see any slow BBQ pulled pork? Probably not. Chef Jona makes it happen here with his homemade Whole30 approved chipotle BBQ sauce. Served with tender roasted potatoes and Carolina slaw. Scallions sprinkled on top and our delicious guacamole served on the side. 

Remove plastic cover from container and set aside any garnishes.

  • Oven: heat to 350 degrees and bake for 10 minutes. Stir food, then continue to bake for 5-10 minutes or until warm throughout.
  • Microwave: 2-3 minutes or until warm throughout.

Garnish and serve.
