Blackened Salmon with Cauliflower-Potato Mash

Everyone of us could use a little extra omega-3’s-- right? We pair our excellent (Faroe Island sourced) salmon with southwestern flavors. The fish is served with a light and fiber-filled potato-cauliflower mash and a side of sauteed collard greens.
  • Oven: preheat to 350 degrees. Note: salmon is seared only. Please ensure salmon is cooked to your desired temperature before consuming. Place on a sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes. Stir food, then continue to bake for 5-10 minutes or until warm throughout.
  • Microwave: 2-3 minutes or until warm throughout.

Garnish and serve.
