I recently had the chance to chat with fellow Whole30 Advanced Level Certified Coach Kelly Warner of @showmewholeliving on an Instagram Live. We spoke about her Whole30 story, her love for Cooked, and how she meals preps and feeds her family of six with easy and delicious Whole30 and paleo food.
