BBQ Season is ON!

July is here – and the living is easy! I like to keep thing simple in the summer with lots of grilled proteins and veggies, easy sides, salad, and lots of fresh fruit. I also keep my fridge stocked with light and delicious meals from Cooked; some recent favorites have been the Gyro Chicken Salad and the Indonesian Zoodle Salad.

To help inspire you on the grill and beyond, I’ve rounded up some of my favorite Whole BBQ recipes, including original recipes from fellow Whole30 Certified Coaches. All of these are great for summer entertaining or quick weekday meals al fresco. And if the weather’s bad, just pull out your grill pan and improvise in the kitchen.

I’ve also included a few fruit-based desserts, in case you’re looking for a little something sweet in your Food Freedom!
